Modern Elegance Meets Botanical Bliss
The Secret Garden
The Secret Garden sits just behind the gates of Casa Noir and is sure to make an incredible first impression. This space is perfect for Pre Ceremony mingling, Cocktail Hour, or even an intimate Ceremony. With a standing capacity of up to 75 and a seated capacity of 30 there is room to make this space your own. Place your welcome sign and guestbook table here or have your attendees grab a cocktail and capture photos against the lush backdrop.
The Arbor
The Arbor is located just beyond the Secret Garden, making for a seamless event flow. With private gate access, a raised vine-covered pergola, and twinkling string lights, this space has a personality all its own. The Arbor is the perfect backdrop for any type of ceremony or intimate engagement. Tastefully reclaimed by nature and set in a rotunda design, guest views are sure to be stunning no matter how you set this space up.
The Oasis
The Oasis is just a short walk over the Garden Bridge and is strategically located in the center of the property. Aptly named for its tropical aesthetic, range of lush vegetation, and signature Koi Pond, this area has a personality all of its own. Most commonly used for Cocktail Hour and Dancing, The Oasis has a capacity for up to 75 seated and 100+ standing.
The Grove
Located toward the back of the property this hidden gem is one of our most popular spaces, and can be accessed through the tangled tree canopy or directly from The Oasis. Adorned with lush foliage and hundreds of edison bulb string lights, this space is perfect for an enchanting candle lit dinner. As one of largest spaces on property, The Grove can easily accommodate up to 150 guests with room to dance the night away under the entangled treetops.

The Gardens can hold anywhere from 30 to 200 guests due to our unique layout and range of event spaces. Host a large celebration and spread out across the whole property, or host an intimate engagement and take your guests on a journey through multiple spaces.
The Aesthetic
Our aesthetic is best described as “natural beauty meets modern elegance”. With lush vegetation surrounding the property and unique “Noir” themed architecture scattered throughout, a lovely atmosphere of calmness and Zen is created. The color contrast between black and green elements offers something you don’t find too often, while also providing a neutral backdrop for your theme and style.
Our Team
Our dedicated Event Team is included with every booking and consists of a Banquet Manager, Planning Assistant, Day Of Coordinator, Setup Crew, Breakdown Crew, Cleaning Crew, and Parking Supervisor. Our team will handle everything from planning to event day execution, ensuring you have a truly simple and stress free planning experience.
The Planning
Upon booking you are immediately connected with a Banquet Manager and Planning Assistant. This point of contact will assist you throughout the entire planning process, helping you gather and finalize all plans and details. This planning assistant will also help you find vendors, make décor suggestions, create floor plans, and create a timeline. We’ll provide you with a few helpful documents that we custom made just to simplify your planning process, ensuring you have all of the tools necessary to plan your event to perfection.
Elevated Extras
Every rental includes a welcome basket in both the bridal suite and grooms suite, along with baskets in each of the restrooms. The bride and groom baskets include a bottle of champagne or liquor, snacks, water, coffee, playing cards, and a polaroid camera. The restroom baskets come with everything your guests need to stay fresh and looking their best.
Flexible Pricing
When you book with us you choose a deposit amount that works for your budget, and a payment schedule that aligns with your preferences. This flexibility also extends to our packages, you can adjust our all-inclusive packages to add or remove the services you do and don’t need. You’re also able to make these adjustments after booking, up to four months before your big day.
