When you book with The Gardens you not only get an incredible Venue and an amazing Team, but you also get all of our complimentary Elevated Inclusions. These inclusions were added to elevate your experience and to make your life easier. These include:
Personal Client Portal: Containing upcoming due dates, payment history, downloadable signed documents, contact information for your Event Team, In-House Vendor details, floor plans, timeline, and your event flow.
Planning Guides: We’ve designed a series of helpful planning documents that cover both our planning process, and general planning tips, tricks, suggestions, and timelines.
Bridal Suite Basket: Choice of champagne or liquor (or other substitute), a polaroid camera with film, cups, water, snacks, and soda.
Groom’s Suite Basket: Choice of liquor (or other substitute), playing cards, poker set, cups, water, snacks, and soda.
Restroom Baskets: Spray deodorant, breath strips, lint roller, hygiene products, soap, paper towels, bobby pins, and more.
The Team
Every Package includes our truly dedicated Event Team who is ready to help with every aspect of your event and planning. This team consists of a Venue Manager, a Planning Assistant, a Day-Of Coordinator, a Set Up Crew, a Breakdown Crew, a Cleanup Crew, and Support Staff.
Leading up to your event the Planning Assistant and Venue Manager will be on-call (24/7) to help with questions, vendors, suggestions, floor plans, and event timeline. We’re also very flexible, unlike other Venues we encourage creativity and will do everything we can to bring your plans to life.
